What is Classical Education?
An education emphasizing traditional learning in liberal arts and sciences, virtuous living, civic responsibility, and promoting our nation's heritage and the timeless ideas passed down by Western Civilization.
In affiliation with the highly-acclaimed Hillsdale College Barney Charter School Initiative (BCSI), we offer a time-tested curriculum that does not teach to "the test" but prepares students for success by delivering a content-rich and complex curriculum that fosters a love for learning and thinking.
We educate students in the best of the liberal arts tradition: Literature, Math, History, and Science. In addition to these four core disciplines, required courses are Music, Art, Latin, Composition, Government, Economics, and Moral Philosophy.
With their carefully chosen curriculum and faculty, our school cultivates well-spoken, well-read, and self-governing students. The combination of these efforts advance the principles and virtues of a free society.
